Avoid this company at all costs

Do not use this company. I booked a minibus for me and my family to go to an event for my 30th birthday. I paid in full when booking as encouraged to do by the 'manager' on the phone. On the night no driver turned up and no one (driver or national transfers) answered there phone. We had to pay for local taxis instead as otherwise would have missed the event that we had already paid for. I have sent a number of letters, had online chats, emails and telephone calls with national transfers always with the promise that the money I paid, £280, would be returned to my account the following day. However this never happens. National transfers told me the driver purposefully did not turn up as he had not been paid by them for another job he done. This ruined the start of my birthday weekend and I have wasted many months trying to get a refund. After some research I have learnt this is not an uncommon situation from national transfers and there ae many stories similar to this.
