ABM is run by one person masquerading as a multinational. Probably the worst block management company ever. He was voted out after 2 years of literally doing nothing, but refuses to stand down. He threatened the directors who voted him out with legal action, then he altered records at companies house by filing false information to remove the directors who voted him out. Now directors are involved in legal battle to get rid of him. This is what happens when an industry is unregulated, rogue managing agents can do what they like and the residents end up paying for it.
Untrustworthy Company
Be careful with this company its basically a one man band who's out to fiddle as much money he can get, with no real property management experience. He does this by doing unauthorised random work and without reason and by providing no real accounting. For any prospective block looking to use them I recommend you go and visit them and also visit more established places with a real structure in place. These inexperienced one man bands should not be allowed to operate as they are ruining the industry. Fortunately there are Ombudsman's.....
